Larry Alexander
President and Senior Consultant

Larry Alexander offers over 20 years of sales, marketing, and business-
development leadership experience. His experience includes serving as a
marketing and business development consultant through his own firm, LD
Alexander Enterprises, Inc., and as V. P. of Client Services for a full-
service multicultural advertising, marketing, and public relations agency.
He provided marketing and market development expertise as well as
directed the development of client’s advertising and marketing
campaigns. His regional and national clients included the FBI, The
University of Arkansas, ALLTEL Wireless, the NBA Memphis Grizzlies,
and Pfizer Pharmaceutical, Inc.

He served as Comcast Cable’s Marketing and Sales Director for the
Huntsville, Florence, and Tupelo markets. He directed the launch of
Comcast’s digital voice service (CDV) and led marketing and sales efforts
to gain new residential subscribers and small business customers. His
efforts focused on increasing the Comcast brand presence and
appreciation, while creating value for the voice, internet, and cable TV
communications’ needs of the customers.

He held several executive management positions with the two largest data
and direct marketing services vendors (Acxiom and Choicepoint). In these
roles, he led the relationships with global clients including AT&T, IBM
Direct, 3COM, Neiman Marcus, GE, and Dell. His responsibilities included
management of the sales, client services, marketing database
development, and technology support teams for multiple industries.

Additionally, his experience includes 17 years with IBM where he
performed various marketing and sales management roles. Among these
were Public Sector Manager, Marketing Manager, and Sales
Representative. As an Advisory Marketing Instructor, he taught
salesmanship and leadership skills at IBM’s Marketing Education Center
in Atlanta GA and conducted telecommunication classes at Research
Triangle Park in Raleigh, NC.

Larry is a private pilot and is active in the aviation community. He was a
founding member of the 100 Black Men of America Greater Little Rock
Chapter, an organization that is committed to mentoring young men. He
supports public education and was appointed by the Governor to the
inaugural Board of Trustees for the Arkansas School for Mathematics
Sciences and Arts (ASMSA). ASMSA is one of seven residential high
schools in the U.S. dedicated to mathematics and sciences. Larry is a
graduate of Mississippi State University where he majored in marketing
and business management.
